A bilingual certification business, running on one custom WordPress build
A real production build — created and maintained for a family-run business, not agency client work. A child-sleep education business working in Portuguese and English needed one website that presents, sells, and delivers.
Problem
A child-sleep education business — a reference school for humane, integrative child-sleep approaches since 2017, working in Portuguese and English — needed one website doing three jobs at once: present the method credibly to parents and professionals in both languages, sell certification programs in both languages, and hand book buyers off to the publisher's store.
Constraint
All on WordPress, without a dev team on payroll.
What was built
I built the WordPress theme from scratch — my own HTML, CSS, and PHP; no purchased theme, no page-builder dependency — with an English/Portuguese system covering the whole site. Sales and delivery span three separate platforms, all wired into the site: students log into their course through Hotmart; English certification signups run through a ClickFunnels checkout; the book's buy button hands off to the publisher's store. I have maintained and updated it since launch — it is live and current today.
Outcome
The result: one bilingual site that presents, sells, and delivers — and the business publishes in either language without touching code.
