Dashboards and internal web apps, fixed price and fixed date.

I'm Geraldo Moura, a solo developer. Two named packages - a live dashboard over the data you already have, and a multi-user app that replaces the shared spreadsheet your team won't touch - each with a published price, a fixed delivery window, and a written list of what it doesn't include.

Ops Dashboard Sprint, $2,400. Team Workflow App, $6,500.

Get a fixed-price quote

No discovery call to get a quote. If you buy the larger package, there is one 60-minute kickoff call afterwards to lock the data model - it's not a sales call, and the price doesn't move because of it.

Ops Dashboard Sprint

$2,400 — 10 business days

One live dashboard built over the data you already have - your spreadsheet, your database, or your Stripe/Airtable/HubSpot account - deployed and in your hands in 10 business days.

Who it's for

An owner or ops lead at a 5-50 person company whose numbers already exist somewhere, and who is personally losing two to five hours a week rebuilding the same report by hand.

What you get

  • A written intake form instead of a discovery call - you fill it in once, we don't need a meeting to start.
  • One live dashboard, on its own URL, connected to one data source (Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, Postgres/MySQL, Stripe, HubSpot, or any documented REST API).
  • Up to 8 metrics or charts - counts, totals, trends, comparisons against a prior period.
  • One detail table underneath, with search, column sort, and a date-range filter.
  • Login for up to 5 people (email + password, or Google sign-in).
  • Scheduled auto-refresh, so the numbers are current when you open it.
  • Works on a phone - you can check it from a car park, not just a desk.
  • Deployed to your hosting account, on your domain or subdomain if you want one.
  • The code goes into your GitHub, not mine. You own it on day one.
  • Built on Next.js and Supabase - standard, widely-supported tools. Any competent developer can take this over.
  • A 5-minute Loom walkthrough plus a one-page handover doc: where it's deployed, where the keys live, how to change a metric.
  • Two revision rounds, each one batch of written feedback, inside the 10 days.
  • 14 days of free bug fixes after handover.

Not included

  • A second data source - +$600 each.
  • Writing data back to the source. This package is read-only. Editing is Package 2.
  • Scheduled email or Slack digests - +$400.
  • CSV or PDF export - +$300.
  • User roles and permissions. All 5 logins see the same thing.
  • Custom design from Figma comps - a clean, professional layout from my component library. Building to supplied comps is +$900.
  • Cleaning up your data. The dashboard shows your data faithfully, duplicates and all.
  • A data source with no API and no stable export. If the numbers only exist in a legacy desktop app or a PDF, this package cannot reach them. Tell me before you buy and I'll say so.
  • Native iOS/Android app. It's a responsive web app.
  • SSO/SAML, HIPAA, SOC 2, or a security questionnaire.
  • Ongoing costs - hosting, database and third-party API fees are yours, typically $0–25/month at this size.
  • Training beyond the one walkthrough - extra sessions are $150/hr.
  • New scope after kickoff. Once the intake form is signed off, a change is a written change order with its own price and its own days. That's the only way the 10 days stay real.

Terms

50% deposit ($1,200) to start, 50% on handover. The deposit is what books the slot. The 10 business days start when I have your completed intake form and read access to the data source - not at payment. I'll tell you the finish date the day both land.

Two packages, deliberately different sizes. One is a single screen that shows you your data. The other is an app your team works inside all day.

Team Workflow App

$6,500 — 5 weeks

A multi-user web app that replaces the spreadsheet-plus-email workflow your team runs on - real logins, real records, role-based access, and one connection to a tool you already pay for - live in 5 weeks.

Who it's for

A founder or operations manager at a 10-75 person company where a core process - client onboarding, job scheduling, order intake, approvals - lives in a shared spreadsheet that two people are afraid to touch and nobody trusts.

What you get

  • A written intake plus one 60-minute kickoff call to lock the data model and the screens. After that call, scope is fixed in writing and you get a dated milestone plan.
  • Up to 4 core record types with full create / read / update / delete.
  • Up to 8 screens - a list view, a detail view, and the forms your process actually needs.
  • Real authentication - email + password and Google sign-in, password reset, invite-a-teammate.
  • Three roles (admin / staff / read-only) with different visibility, enforced on the server, not just hidden in the UI.
  • One integration with a tool you already use - Stripe, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Slack, Google Calendar, Xero, or any documented REST API.
  • One notification flow - an email or Slack message triggered by a status change.
  • Audit trail on the core records: who changed what, when.
  • CSV export on every list view, because someone in your company will always want it in a spreadsheet.
  • Search and filtering across the core record types.
  • Works on a phone for the read-and-approve path.
  • Your existing data imported once from your current spreadsheet or tool, so the app is useful on day one instead of empty.
  • Deployed to your infrastructure and your domain. Code in your GitHub org. No lock-in to me.
  • Built on Next.js and Supabase - a standard, widely-hired-for stack, plus a handover pack, so any developer can pick it up.
  • Handover pack: a recorded walkthrough, a written admin guide, and a short architecture note.
  • One revision round per milestone, taken as one batch of written feedback.
  • 30 days of free bug fixes after handover.

Not included

  • A fifth-and-beyond record type - +$800 each.
  • A second integration - +$1,200 each.
  • Payment processing you can take money through. Displaying Stripe data is included; building and hardening a live checkout and subscription flow is a separate $1,800–3,500.
  • A custom design system or Figma-comp implementation. You get a clean, consistent interface from my component library. Pixel-matching supplied comps is +$1,800.
  • Anything customer-facing at scale. This is an internal tool for your team, sized for tens of users - not a public SaaS product with sign-up funnels, billing tiers and a marketing site.
  • Native mobile apps, offline mode, or push notifications.
  • SSO/SAML, SCIM, HIPAA, SOC 2, or completing a security questionnaire.
  • Migrating a legacy system I haven't seen. The one included import assumes one reasonably structured source; multi-system migrations and deduplication are quoted after I look at the data.
  • AI or machine-learning features.
  • Ongoing maintenance after day 30. Retainer options can follow; they aren't bundled.
  • Ongoing hosting, database and API costs - yours, typically $25–75/month at this size.
  • Waiting time. If I'm blocked on access, a decision or content from you for more than 5 business days, the timeline moves by that much. The price does not change; the finish date does.
  • New scope after the kickoff call. Change order, in writing, with its own price and its own days.

Terms

50% deposit ($3,250) to start · 25% ($1,625) at the week-3 working demo · 25% ($1,625) on handover. The 5 weeks start the day after the kickoff call, provided access to the data and the integration account is in hand. Week 3 you see it working with your own data in it. Not a mockup - that milestone exists so you are never five weeks into a payment with nothing to look at.

This package includes one 60-minute kickoff call after you buy, to lock the data model and the screens. It is not a sales call, and there is no call to get this quote.

One developer. You talk to the person who builds it.

I'm Geraldo Moura, a solo web developer. Everything on this page gets built by me: the code, the deploy, the handover. There's no agency between you and the work, and no account manager between you and me.

Day to day I'm a Senior Software Engineer, building payments tooling, APIs and search in production - that's Golang and Next.js all week. It's why the apps on this page are built on Next.js and Supabase: the stack I already work in professionally, not one I picked for a portfolio.

Your code goes into your GitHub, on your hosting, on your domain, from the first commit. I hand over a recorded walkthrough and a written admin guide. If you never contact me again you still own everything, and any developer can take it over.

I keep to a small number of projects at a time, and the delivery windows on this page are counted on that basis.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Software Development and Security, and I'm self-taught in everything else.

Each item below states the problem and what was actually built. Some are my own sites, one was a favor for a book publisher rather than a paid engagement, and one is written up without screenshots because the systems are internal. Where I can't show something, the page says so instead of implying more than I can prove.

Send this form and you'll get a fixed price and a delivery window back, or an honest answer that what you want isn't one of the two packages above. No discovery call to get a quote.

I reply to every message. Package 1 starts from a written intake form. Package 2 adds one 60-minute kickoff call after you buy.
